Trump Administration Accused of Illegally Deporting Vietnamese and Burmese Migrants to South Sudan

Lawyers representing the migrants have filed a motion asking for their return and are calling for immediate action.
The court had previously barred the Trump administration from deporting migrants to countries other than their own without first addressing any concerns they may have about potential persecution or torture. The lawyers representing the migrants are seeking an emergency court order to prevent any further removals without proper legal procedures. US district judge Brian Murphy, who is overseeing the case, has hinted that the potential violation could result in criminal contempt charges and is considering ordering the return of the deported migrants.
The situation has sparked outrage among immigrant rights advocates who are calling for justice for these individuals who were allegedly deported illegally. The Trump administration has yet to comment on the allegations, but the case continues to unfold as lawyers fight for the rights of these migrants who have been sent to an uncertain and potentially dangerous situation in South
